I loved that ride through the city, too! Mostly Sundays when we would go to dinner at Gram's. If you lived here, you'd be home now 😂 Also, regarding the tunnel back then, it had a distinctive odor. If you were dozing off in the backseat as a kid, you definitely knew when you were in the tunnel. Really great description of traveling through old Boston!
